Refund Eligibility
At Organic Rooh, we take immense pride in the quality and purity of our wellness products. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when it was received. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, certain perishable wellness essentials and opened package may not be eligible for return.
Return Procedure

2. Secure Packaging
Pack the item securely in its original box. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe arrival of your return.
Refund Timelines
Once your return is received and inspected by our verification specialists, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Note that processing times varies depending on your financial institution.
Important Exclusions
- Sale items are only eligible for regular price credit or exchange unless defective.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged.
